To provide 100% customer satisfaction. Customer may return/exchange an item within 7 days. However, customer has to pay for shipping cost. Item should be in its original condition. We would not accept an item for return or exchange if it's been washed, worn, or has a stain, debris, or dirt on it. Custom Design Shirts can only be exchanged if we found a mistake from our end (incorrect or defective item); as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and reviewed your returned request. Do not mail any item for return without our return authorization number which you will receive once we approve your return request.
