What is the minimum order?
There are no minimums. However, to qualify for shipping and volume discounts you have to meet the minimum quantity requirement.

How do you rate your Apparels?
We only sell brand new clothing! All our Blank T Shirts and other Apparels are first quality first grade never been used with no defects 100% new!

I can't find what I am looking for, can you order it for me?
Absolutely! Please let us know the brand, size, and a color of an Apparel that you are looking for. We'll quote you the best price! We have almost over 500 different styles of clothing available, that we can source it for you.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Only to orders shipped to Michigan addresses.

How do I pay for my order?
Currently, we are accepting payment through PayPal. You can add your items in the shopping cart and checkout through PayPal Secure Payment Gateway.

Do I need to sign up in order to buy from your site?
No. You can check out as a guest customer where you don't have to sign up.

How do i call?
Currently, we are not offering "call services". In order to provide you low prices we have tried to minimize our expenses. However, without any compromise on customer service! We have tried to make our website very user firendly, your relevant queries would be answered within 24hrs through email sales@myteesstore.com

How long will it take to Ship my Order?
Blank T Shirts and other Apparels will ship out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For any reason, if we are seeing delays for more than the specified time in processing your order we will notify you via email. Read more about shipping.

Whose service you use for Shipping?
We use UPS Service for regular and for Free Shipping (Order over $200!). Depending on the shipping address, your package will reach within 3-7 days.
